Cookie policy

Version 2.0 · effective from 18 October 2026

This policy describes cookies and similar technologies on www.progettomanda.it, operated by Progemafin S.r.l. Contact details and data rights are in our privacy notice. The applicable framework includes Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code and the Italian Data Protection Authority's cookie guidelines of 10 June 2021.

Your choice

On your first visit, the banner offers Accept all, Reject and Customise. Optional categories start off. Closing with X rejects optional tracking. Refusing does not restrict access to the website or simulator. Your choice is remembered for at least six months (184 days), unless you clear storage or the processing changes materially. Use Cookie preferences in the footer to change or withdraw your choice at any time.

Google Analytics 4, supplied by Google Ireland Limited through Google Tag Manager, measures page visits, traffic sources, campaigns, simulator use and form conversions. _ga and _ga_* cookies last up to 12 months, without automatic renewal on each visit. Events contain controlled page and event names; form contents, email addresses, account identifiers and financial inputs or results are excluded. Unsupported URL parameters and fragments are removed.

Google Consent Mode v2 operates in basic mode: Google tags are not loaded and no cookieless pings are sent before consent or when consent is refused. Advertising signals stay denied because no advertising platform is configured.

Newsletter and marketing

HubSpot is used by the server only for an explicit newsletter subscription. No HubSpot browser tracker is installed. Newsletter consent and cookie choices are separate.

Receipts and withdrawal

Cookie choices are recorded locally on the server with a pseudonymous identifier, date, chosen categories, and the policy version and hash. These receipts contain no email address, message or financial data. Positive consent does not activate a tracker if its receipt cannot be saved.

Withdrawal blocks subsequent tracker loading, removes accessible tracker cookies and reloads the page. If saving fails, a local block keeps optional tracking off. Withdrawal does not retroactively delete data already received by a provider; deletion and other data rights can be requested as explained in the privacy notice. A cookie choice does not grant consent to marketing email.

You can also clear or block cookies through your browser. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent account access. Google processes data under its privacy policy. Information on international transfers is in the privacy notice.

No Apollo tracker or advertising cookies are installed. The newsletter requires separate consent.
